Karaoke "W" in Sen Sok district loudly disturbs people to find the time to sleep, now the authorities shut down completely

(Phnom Penh): The "W" location located along Street 2011, Kok Chkang Village, Sangkat Kouk Phar, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh, was crowded and filed complaints to the authorities because of the location of the business, causing a great deal of noise in the business and especially when it was time to go to sleep.
To resolve this problem, the head of the Sen Sok District Commanding Unit, Mr. Munov, has led skilled officials and local authorities to completely shut down on Feb. 7, 2018.

 Choung Socheat, a news agency in Sen Sok district, reports that the site was headed by Maw Manit at 8:30 pm on February 8, 2018, with owner Long Samnang located at # 16, Street 2011, Kouk Srok Village, Kouk Seang Commune, Sen Sok District, Phnom Penh. According to the report, the decision to close was confirmed by neighboring residents in the case of loud noise.

Earlier, the district authority had checked and reported to the owner of the site to edit two noise issues, but did not follow the authorities' instructions. "As a result, we find that the Karaoke business is operating in the same name and has no business license from the Capital Hall so the Khan Sen Sok Authority has closed this Karaoke business above," Mr. Manhit said in the closing post.
